Lead → Deal → Close with a real pipeline

  • Lead capture + contact records
  • Deal board by stages + clear ownership
  • Next steps & reminders so follow‑ups never slip

Lead → Deal → Close with a real pipeline
Activity timelines + reporting

Activity timelines + reporting

Every action is tied to a customer/deal—then becomes analytics.

  • Calls/meetings/notes/files in one timeline
  • Results by stage/owner/time period
  • Exports for finance and leadership

Support + billing in customer context

Tickets, quotes/invoices, and payments linked to the same customer record.

  • Ticket lifecycle: assignment, priority, status, SLA
  • Quotes/invoices directly from deals
  • Roles/permissions to keep data clean

Support + billing in customer context

Features your sales team actually uses

Lead/deal tracking, activity timelines, owners & permissions, quotes/invoices, tickets, and reporting—without spreadsheets or tab chaos.

Contact timeline

Notes, files, tasks, and history—right on the contact record.

Custom pipelines

Stages, probability, owners—match your real sales process.

Tasks & reminders

Tie follow-ups to deals and get notified on time.

Roles & permissions

Clear access control for sales, ops, and support teams.

Automations

Rules for auto-assign, reminders, and status updates.

Exports

Export data for reporting and finance—without manual work.

Company hierarchy & entity type

Start simple today. Evolve into a holding structure later — with guardrails and approval.

At signup: choose your company type

When signing up for AtlanticBell, you can choose whether you are registering as Independent or Holding.

  • Allowed types at signup: Independent or Holding only.
  • No cross-company linking at signup: you cannot set a parent company during public signup.
Later: request a hierarchy change (approval workflow)

As your business grows, you can request changes (e.g., become a holding company) from your workspace. A SuperAdmin reviews and approves the request before it is applied.

  1. Open Account → Hierarchy → Change Requests and submit the requested type/parent.
  2. SuperAdmin reviews the request (pending → approved/rejected).
  3. On approval, the system updates your company record and enforces safety checks.
Safety checks: prevents self-parenting, prevents hierarchy cycles, and keeps changes scoped to your root company tree.
